Our first office opened its doors in 1973 in Redford Township, Michigan, operating as John Cole Real Estate. In 1975, the firm expanded to other locations and joined the Century 21 Real Estate franchise and became well known as Century 21 John Cole in Michigan and Century 21 Kasten Realty in Ohio. In 1990 Joe Manuel also operated in Ontario, Canada, as My Realty in 2001 and expanded operations to Michigan. In 1995 all 3 firms merged into what is today ERA Realty Select, Weichert Real Estate Agent Select, and now My Realty.
Our office now serves the entire Southeast Michigan market and the Ontario region with great reputation, integrity and honesty.
Today, the firm is operated by Joe Manuel, with offices in West Bloomfield, Michigan; Mississauga; and London, Ontario, with more than 120 agents throughout the region.
